NEW - Handel-C Users' Forum

This forum has been set up by the Department of Computing at Imperial College London, specifically to deal with Handel-C and DK related issues. You can address your application related issues to the forum and have other Handel-C users help you out.

The definitive description of what support is provided by Agility is specified in the Academic Support section of the Support Agreement (part 3 of the Schedule). This article provides a quick overview and additional guidance to using these services.

The standard Academic Support Service provides access to minor product upgrades, Internet access to product Knowledge Base and e-mail submission of defect reports. Support does not include application consultancy, debugging of customer code or delivery of workarounds.

Up to two 'supported users' per Academic Licence may be permitted to contact Agility Customer Support relating to support matters and/or e-mail submission of defect reports. At the time of purchase you will be invited to nominate these users. If as a user you cannot identify in your department who are the 'supported users', then simply send an e-mail to support@agilityds.com providing full contact details from your university e-mail account and request identification of the 'supported users'.

If you need to change the names of the 'supported users' at any stage, full contact details for the new 'supported users' should be sent to Support by Fax: +44 (0) 1235 863648 on university letter headed paper with this request. The request should be made by a member of staff, not a student.

If as a 'supported user' you need to contact support to provide e-mail submission of defect reports or check on your support details, please follow the process described in Agility Customer Support Overview, below.

If you require details on additional training or support options available to universities, please contact the Agility University Program (AUP) for further information.
