Summary

With the DK 5 release we have consolidated the DK and PDK installers into a single file. This article contains the downloads of the DK 5.0 and PDK 5.0 service pack 4 single file installers for Windows and Linux platforms.  

You should uninstall all previous versions of Agility Products (including DK 5.0 and PDK 5.0) before running this installer.

For detailed requirements and specifications for Agility products please refer to the Software Product Description documents for DK and PDK.

To install and run DK 5.0 and PDK 5.0 you will need a new product key and license file. These will have been provided when you purchased your license. To obtain a Agility product license please contact sales@agilityds.com.

Supported Platforms

Packages are provided to install Agility products on Windows and Linux systems. Select the correct package for your target platform from the list of available downloads. The supported configurations are 

Please note that Linux version does not include PDK support or drivers for Agility RC desktop platforms except the RC2000 series. For detailed support information please consult the Software Product Description document.

Requirements for Targeting Hardware

You will need FPGA vendor supplied place and route tools installed on your system to target hardware. If you want to use VHDL or Verilog output from your Handel-C designs you will need a third party Synthesis tool.

Installation Instructions (Windows)

For a more detailed description including license setup refer to the install guide contained in the download package

  1. Download the Windows installer package and extract its contents to your hard drive.
  2. Run agilityproducts-windows.msi
  3. Follow the on screen instructions to complete the installation

During the installation you will be asked for a product key. This is a 16 digit hexadecimal value that is provided with your license file. You must enter the key provided with your current license file or the packages will not be installed.

Installation Instructions (Linux)

For a more detailed description including license setup refer to the install guide contained in the download package

  1. Download the Linux installer package and extract its contents to your hard drive.
  2. Make sure you are the root user.
  3. Open a shell prompt and navigate to the directory containing the extracted files.
  4. Type ./agility-installer.bin.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions.
