Catalytic Inc. Changes Name to Agility Design Solutions Inc.

Palo Alto, Calif. – January 23, 2008 – Catalytic Inc. today announced the company has become Agility Design Solutions Inc.  The name change reflects the dramatic expansion in company size, product offering, geographic reach and company vision resulting from the recent merger of Celoxica’s ESL (electronic system level) business with Catalytic.
